What data we collect

Through the contact form: your name and company name, email address or phone number, project description and, if you add one, a voice recording.

When you email us: your email address and the content of your message.

Why and on what legal basis

To reply to your enquiry and prepare an initial proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken before entering into a contract).

To keep a record of our correspondence and defend against possible claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we sign a contract, for its duration and the period required by tax law.

Who we share data with

Data is shared only with providers who help us run the website: our hosting company (Zenbox) and our email provider. We do not sell data and do not ourselves transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

Dictating the description in the form uses the speech recognition built into your browser. In some browsers (e.g. Chrome) speech is converted to text on the browser provider’s servers, under its own terms. We only receive the resulting text. If you prefer not to use it, simply type the description.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
