Terms of use
Effective from 26 September 2026
These terms set out the rules for using fravity.pl, including the contact form.
Service provider
fravity.pl is run by Sebastian Pietraszewski, ul. św. Kingi 22/51, 35-614 Rzeszów, tax ID (NIP) 8722357661, REGON 367473145, operating under the Fravity brand. Contact: kontakt@fravity.pl.
Services on the website
The website provides free information about our services and a contact form, including the option to dictate the project description or record a voice message.
Sending the form does not create a contract. Scope, price and terms of cooperation are agreed individually and confirmed in a separate agreement.
Prices shown on the website are net, indicative, and do not constitute an offer under the Polish Civil Code.
Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser. Dictation works in browsers that support speech recognition (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari) and requires permission to use the microphone.
Rules of use
You may not send unlawful or offensive content or malicious software through the form. You can stop using the form at any time.
Complaints
Send any comments or complaints about the website to kontakt@fravity.pl. We reply within 14 days.
Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy linked in the footer.
Final provisions
These terms may change, for example when website features change. The new version applies from its publication on the website. Polish law applies to matters not covered here.
